-Take a shower 3times a day.. that's another fast healing.
- Have enough rest by sleeping 8 hours a day...Findout what makes you sleep fast.. (Mine is singing..I can not sleep if I don't sing..my own habit) 
- Reach out to people about your feelings,  unburden your it by writing and conversations with people.
